  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or tailored items.

  • Products altered or used after delivery.

  • Discounted or promotional items, unless defective.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return or exchange request.

  • Provide order details and, if needed, photographs of the item.

  • Once approved, we will coordinate pickup through our courier partners.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used in the original transaction.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from Mas Fashion.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare case of receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs and ensure a full replacement or refund.
