Discounted or promotional items, unless defective.
3. Return Process

Contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return or exchange request.

Provide order details and, if needed, photographs of the item.

Once approved, we will coordinate pickup through our courier partners.
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from Mas Fashion.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare case of receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs and ensure a full replacement or refund.
